Huge makeover for a huge villa

Côte d'Azur is the place to be. Even more so, when the rest of Europe gets foggy, cold and a little miserable sometimes even.

This typical villa has been undergone renovation early 2018 to 2021. The villa is now part of a multi-acre estate. A guesthouse as well as a small annex accompany the main house, surrounded by pools, lush gardens and an olive grove. 540m² once, the new construction will boast 670m² living area in total, capable of hosting up to 26 guest + staff.

BERLIN APARTMENT

Mitte

A full-on Gatsby styled apartment

A classic “Gründerzeit”-house in Berlin-Mitte is completely transformed. Over the course of six months, the 110m² apartment got new floors, windows, bathroom and kitchen.

In this project we were lucky enough to work with some of the best professionals around. The outcome is really astounding, we must proudly say! There is a black&gold themed main bedroom, a british-racing-green bespoke kitchen, an astonishing livingroom and a lighter-toned bedroom.
